Hillwood Property Management is run by David McNamara, who has been involved in property management in the Ann Arbor area for over a decade. While growing up around rental properties, tenants, and the ever-changing real estate market, he has built a unique company around the ideals which have made him successful in the business. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, and a graduate of Huron High School, David has a great love of the city and everything it has to offer. After five years away for undergrad at Indiana University, he came back to Ann Arbor to pursue his real estate career, along with obtaining a Masters of Arts from Eastern Michigan University. Although David’s background has been in property management, he is also extensively involved in real estate sales. He has helped many of his owners in their search for more rental properties, along with helping many previous tenants become homeowners. Jayson Barroso, the acting broker of Hillwood, is also an Ann Arborite who is also the managing broker of the sister company, Tree Town Realty. He created Tree Town Realty many years ago so that he could service his clientele in what he believed a better way than many of the larger companies were able to do.
